About the Role:

As a Senior Product Designer at Rossum, you'll shape how enterprise customers interact with our process automation platform. You'll own the end-to-end design of complex features making sophisticated automation tools intuitive and accessible for accountants, finance managers, admins and integration engineers at large organizations.

What You’ll Do:

• Discover, prototype and design for our Platform & Integrations Product Area

• Start with topics like:

  • Reporting that give managers and admins clear insight into their document processing operations

  • User role and permission systems for admins to understand and control who can access, configure, or modify different parts of the platform

  • Logging and history features that help admins and developers to quickly diagnose and resolve issues

Who You Are:

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design

• Full-stack skills - Product Discovery, Interaction Design, Prototyping, Writing, UI Design (using Design System)

• Proactivity and ownership

• Experience with working in a product team (close cooperation with a product manager and engineers), therefore strong communication and collaboration skills

• Proven track record with strong portfolio

• Appreciation of Lean Product Development

• Internal communication in English as a default

Bonus points if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in related role - UX Research, Design Systems, Product Management, Writing

• Experience with B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise product

• Experience with designing of automation or AI-powered features

• Experience with vibe-prototyping

What Success Looks Like:

Within 3 Months

• Complete onboarding and understand main use cases of the Platform & Integration Product Area

• Participate in product discovery sessions to gather knowledge about our customers and main topics you will work on

• Prototype and design first solutions that will cover insights gathered from the discovery

Within 6 Months

• Own designs of the Platform & Integration Product Area

• Release your first solutions and gather insights from testing it

• Own discovery process together with Product Manager in the area

• Visit some customers on-site

Within 12 Months

• We expect you to contribute to the long term vision of your product area, so this will be up to you and your team to come up with topics you will be pushing forward together.
