About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you’ll guide new customers to success by helping them get the most out of Rossum from day one. You’ll streamline onboarding, minimize friction, and ensure our customers see real value – fast.

We love fresh ideas – especially around creating scalable onboarding workflows, improving adoption metrics, and helping our customers thrive with smart automation.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key player in driving smooth, efficient onboarding experiences. You’ll partner with Solution Architects, Product, CX, and Enablement teams to guide enterprise customers through implementation.

  • Lead customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless adoption of Rossum.

  • Train customers, share best practices, and explain our design principles.

  • Configure our platform to match each customer’s business workflows.

  • Partner with Solution Architects on more complex integrations and automation use cases.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes and templates.

  • Use customer feedback and data to spot opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

  • Track adoption, retention, and time-to-value across your onboarding portfolio.

Who You Are

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or technical support in a B2B SaaS setting.

  • You’re confident with basic Python, APIs (HTTP, JSON/XML), and integrations (SFTP/S3, Zapier, etc.).

  • You’re a natural communicator and trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • You’re curious, proactive, and love owning projects end-to-end.

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with MongoDB, Tableau, Elasticsearch, or the Rossum API.

What Success Looks Like

Within 3 Months

  • Get certified on the Rossum platform and complete all onboarding tool trainings.

  • Build strong relationships with key enterprise accounts and internal Solution Architects.

  • Identify 3–5 “quick win” process improvements to boost onboarding outcomes.

Within 6 Months

  • Standardize onboarding playbooks and templates, cutting cycle time by 15%.

  • Launch a weekly onboarding sync with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Hit a 90% satisfaction score in post-onboarding surveys.

Within 12 Months

  • Roll out a scalable onboarding framework across the team.

  • Improve customer time-to-value by 25% via optimised workflows.

  • Deliver at least 2 feature-driven onboarding improvements with Product.
