We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to craft the narratives, assets, and positioning that help CFOs and finance leaders see Rossum as an indispensable solution. Rossum is an AI-native platform revolutionizing how enterprises process documents, helping global finance teams eliminate manual data entry and unlock the full potential of their business workflows.
You'll help us with the following questions and challenges:
How can we develop compelling messaging and positioning that directly addresses the needs and pain points of enterprise finance audiences, including CFOs, controllers, and AP/AR leaders?
What are the most effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring clear value articulation and seamless collaboration across Product, Sales, and Customer Success?
How do we translate complex AI capabilities into persuasive stories, thought leadership, and essential sales enablement content that drives adoption and pipeline quality?
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Developing messaging and positioning that speaks directly to enterprise finance audiences, particularly CFOs, controllers, and AP/AR leaders.
Owning the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure clear value articulation.
Conducting market, competitor, and customer research to inform messaging, differentiation, and positioning.
Creating and maintaining core sales enablement content, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and ROI tools.
Partnering with the Content and Brand teams to translate product capabilities into compelling stories and thought leadership.
Supporting demand generation by aligning messaging with campaign strategies and performance metrics.
Owning the creation and management of all customer-facing content—including case studies, testimonials, and use cases.
Championing our product internally and externally as a clear voice for our customers and their pain points.
Our Product Marketing team thrives on creating impactful narratives, driving go-to-market success, and deeply understanding enterprise buyer personas. In this role, you'll directly contribute to Rossum's mission by ensuring our AI-powered platform is clearly perceived as an indispensable solution, driving revenue growth and market leadership.
You'll work closely with Product to understand features, Sales to equip them with the right tools, Customer Success for customer insights, and the Content and Brand colleagues to create compelling external communications.
You'll also have the opportunity to shape how a cutting-edge AI product is brought to market for a crucial enterprise audience, making a significant impact on Rossum's growth trajectory.
You should apply if:
You have 3–5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS, ideally in scale-ups, automation, AI, fintech, or enterprise software.
You possess a proven ability to create and evolve product messaging that converts, especially for complex or technical products.
You have strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with an eye for both precision and clarity.
You demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas, especially in finance (CFO, finance ops, AP/AR).
You have experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Content teams.
You are highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with a fast-paced, iterative environment.
