Join Ro’s Information Technology Operations team! As a Senior IT Technician working out of our NYC Headquarters, you’ll ensure that Ro’ers are able to work with minimal friction to access their accounts, devices and applications. This includes onboarding/offboarding, device management, and application provisioning. You’ll use your technical expertise to identify trends and areas of opportunity that can be proactively remediated, enhancing the user experience further. This role reports directly to the IT Operations Manager and will work closely with other internal technology teams.
This is an in-person role, requiring the employee to be onsite 4 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outstanding IT support to other Ro’ers in offices, pharmacies, and remote workers
  • IT escalation point for troubleshooting complex computer hardware and software issues
  • Identify trends and ways to proactively mitigate issues with tech solutions or automations
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding functions, including hardware setup, account setup and application provisioning
  • Lead new hire IT orientations
  • Administrate cloud applications and access controls
  • Utilize Jamf and Intune to maintain and update our macOS, Windows, and iOS devices
  • Mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance, training, and development to enhance team performance
  • Stay current on the latest technology trends and developments
  • Participate in on-call rotation

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in IT operations or support
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate issues proactively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Understanding and troubleshooting of OSI model concepts (including layer 8!)
  • Process development and application of best practices
  • A desire for continuous improvement and development

The target base salary for this position ranges from $96,000 - $123,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
