Responsibilities:
- Contribute to requirements gathering: Works closely with product management and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define Technical Specifications which define technical requirements and tasks needed.
- Architecture Knowledge: Develop expertise in specific areas of our software architecture.
- Mentor and guide other Engineers and junior developers in tackling complex problems, improving code quality, and adopting best practices.
- Contribute to Codebase: Work on well-defined tasks, adding value to our codebase with effective and efficient code.
- Unit Testing: Write and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.
- Integration Testing: Write and execute integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the application's interaction between different components.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Initiative and Learning: Show initiative and a strong motivation to learn and grow within the role.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the team, product management, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on status and progress.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years Full Stack Development experience using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and SQL.
- Fundamental Computer Science Knowledge: Basic understanding of core computer science concepts.
- Version Control and Build Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and build systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling new challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and uplift the technical capabilities of peers and junior engineers.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to work well in a team.
- Continuous Learning: Deeply motivated to learn and explore new technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
