We’re looking for an exceptional technical content writer within the Cyber Security or Security space to create persuasive and engaging content that tells Resilience’s story and promotes our products. You will be the voice of the company across all mediums - including web pages, collateral, blog posts, as well as longer-form content such as case studies, whitepapers and e-books.
You will be part of a team of branding, communications, and content experts helping articulate Resilience’s mission, values, and products. The kind of subject matter you’ll create written materials for includes cyber insurance and cybersecurity as well as a host of other innovative, cutting-edge solutions. You are someone who loves to dive in and turn intellectually-complex technical subject matter into brilliant, engaging storytelling that stands out and breaks through the noise.
This is a hybrid position in our San Francisco, CA office.


  • Contribute to defining and executing a global content strategy that reinforces the Resilience brand goals.
  • Create content that educates, informs, and tells our story across a wide variety of audiences and digital platforms
  • Write, edit, and publish content across a variety of audiences, styles, and mediums
  • Thought leadership, educational content, journalistic articles, industry insights, and other styles
  • Articles, video script, social media posts, email campaigns, e-books, whitepapers, and more.
  • Maintain our established brand voice and tone as well as the corporate editorial calendar
  • Work closely with creative teams to provide art direction and feedback for visual content.
  • Apply SEO and content development best practices to create digital content that showcases and elevates Resilience as a leader within the industry.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce written content that generates results.
  • Work with internal spokespeople and subject matter experts to distill their knowledge and perspectives into content.
  • Understand the customer journey and propose content that aligns and enriches their experience with Resilience.
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of Resilience’s technology, products, operations, and business strategy.
  • Conduct research on industry-related topics to inform content.
  • Support a fast-moving team with strong written content and a bias toward execution.


  • 8-15 years of experience in content writing and developing content with a focus on Enterprise-level B2B content: coupled with 3+ years experience writing for a Cybersecurity or Security company.
  • Working understanding of enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and commercial insurance and an ability to come up to speed quickly on new concepts or topics.
  • You are an exceptional writer and creative storyteller that can contribute to a variety of digital content platforms.
  • You are able to engage with executives and experts to interview and create content based on their ideas.
  • You are a team player that is eager to brainstorm and create new content ideas to grow brand awareness through compelling marketing campaigns.
  • You are comfortable working independently in a hybrid work environment, managing content requests from Marketing and other departments.
  • You have a proven ability to research, quickly understand unfamiliar technical concepts, and write long-form content.
  • You have experience working with creative teams to brief, provide direction, and give feedback.
  • You have a meticulous attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • You have experience maintaining content calendars, content production processes, and managing content in a CMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field; or applicable work experience.
  • A portfolio of writing/content samples required.
