This position is a Hybrid position located in one of the following locations: Los Angeles or New York City.
As a pivotal member of the Claims and Incident Management team, the Cyber Claims Analyst plays an essential role in streamlining administrative processes and enhancing operational efficiency. This position requires a dedicated individual who can manage an array of tasks that support both our team and our clients directly.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Excellence: Undertake critical administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Claims and Incident Management team, facilitating efficient workflow and optimal team performance.
  • Claims Handling Expertise: Receive comprehensive training to adeptly manage excess claim files, particularly focusing on Cyber and Tech Errors & Omissions (E&O) products. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the complexities of these claims, ensuring they are handled with precision and care.
  • Management Information (MI) Oversight: Assume a central role in the oversight of Claims Management Information (MI). Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of claims reporting mechanisms, catering to both internal and external stakeholders. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to data management and analysis.
  • Research and Thought Leadership: Engage in detailed research concerning cyber risk and cyber insurance trends. Your findings will inform our thought leadership efforts and guide our risk management strategies. This facet of the role is critical for staying ahead in a rapidly evolving cyber landscape.
  • Security Initiative Support: Act as a key supporter of security engagement initiatives. Your involvement will help in reinforcing our commitment to maintaining high standards of data protection and risk mitigation, safeguarding our clients' interests.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative or support position.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling sensitive information with discretion and adhering to all confidentiality guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong research capabilities and a natural curiosity to delve into industry trends and insights.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for presenting complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
