Underwriting Assistant, EU

Who You Are
Resilience is looking for current cyber underwriters and underwriting assistants with a passion for building a holistic cyber risk management model, combining security and insurance into a single offering. The Underwriting Assistant will be responsible for engaging with brokers, clients and partners across EU distribution channels to effectively service Resilience clients on behalf of the underwriting team.

Responsibilities
●Execution of underwriting bookings, policy issuance, and document production for team of underwriters across EU
●Develop relationships with brokers through high level client servicing
●Achieve response time objectives with clients and brokersAssist with scheduling and coordination of onboarding of clients, subjectivity follow up, and filing of communications
●Collaborate with technology and security teams to develop and execute client engagement strategies.

Qualifications
●1+ years’ experience in cyber insurance preferred
●Knowledge of UK, Europe and Lloyds cyber insurance markets
Multilingual capabilities preferred
Technical fluency in G-Suite.
