Who You Are
Resilience is looking for proven underwriters with a passion for building a holistic cyber risk management model, combining security and insurance into a single offering. The EU UW will be responsible for engaging with brokers, clients and partners, successfully executing business plans to achieve responsible growth. Working closely with our in-house security expertise, underwriters collaborate across the Resilience organization to provide best in-class support and partnership for our clients.

Responsibilities
●Development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for responsible markets
●Develop relationships and educate brokers to maximize opportunities and achieve profitable growth
●Achieve new business premium, security engagement, renewal premium retention and rate change objectives
●Within company guidelines and granted underwriting authority, evaluate new and renewal account information to determine risk acceptability, terms / conditions to be quoted, and pricing
●Make sound risk and pricing decisions that achieve profitable loss ratios
●Collaborate with technology and security teams to develop and execute client engagement strategies

Qualifications
●3+ years’ experience as a cyber underwriter with a proven track record of growth
●A strong network of broker and underwriting relationships
●Passion for collaboration and the future of cyber insurance
●Deep knowledge of the cyber insurance markets across assigned territory
●Technical fluency in G-Suite
●Professional references required
