Reporting to the International Claims Leader, UK Europe, the successful candidate will have significant experience in either cyber claims or incident management, ideally in the UK and Europe. Experience in other jurisdictions is a plus.</span> <span style="font-size:12pt;">This position will empower the individual to take the next step in their cyber career by delivering Resilience’s incident management and client engagement approaches to UK policyholders. While developing their own expertise, they will also work alongside talented individuals across the business in our mission to help clients be more cyber resilient.</span> </div> <div> <br> <div> <b style="font-size:12pt;">Responsibilities</b> <span style="font-size:12pt;"></span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Promptly investigate, negotiate, and manage all aspects of cyber claims</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Communicate professionally and cooperatively with policyholders and brokers to drive positive claims outcomes</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Collaborate and coordinate with Resilience security and technology teams to assist policyholders with proactive services and incident response</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Assist the International Claims Leader, UK Europe in developing and maintaining the Resilience network of external service providers to ensure consistently great service delivery</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Regularly engage with our broker partners and capacity providers to drive positive relationships</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Contribute to periodical claims and trend reporting</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Ensure claims data and records are accurately maintained in a timely manner to support client engagement and data analysis</span> <b style="font-size:12pt;"></b> </div> <div> <br> <div> <b style="font-size:12pt;">Qualifications</b> <span style="font-size:12pt;"></span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-3+ years’ experience of handling cyber claims or in an incident response role</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to differing audiences</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-A robust network of incident response and cybersecurity relationships across UK and European markets</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Ability to speak French or German a significant plus, other languages also helpful</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Demonstrated interest in cyber risk and a desire to drive thought leadership in the space</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:11.5pt;">-Outcome focused, flexible and enthusiastic</span> <span style="font-size:12pt;">Technical fluency in G-Suite</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Professional references required</span> </div> <div> <span style="font-size:12pt;">-Relevant insurance and/or legal licenses</span> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
