- Hands-on experience creating and scaling training programs that help sales teams articulate Remote’s value, navigate pricing scenarios, and differentiate against competitors in a rapidly evolving global employment market.
- The ability to deepen your enablement expertise with access to instructional design best practices, frameworks, and certifications.
What you bring
- Writes and speaks fluent, business-level English
- Has at least 1 year working in a fully Remote, not hybrid, environment
- 1+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, product training, GTM, or another customer-facing function within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated success balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience creating or maintaining training content such as product guides, pricing resources, competitive battlecards, playbooks, or e-learning modules.
- Familiarity with modern enablement and learning platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad, Docebo, WorkRamp, LMS/LXP solutions, Clari, or Gong, etc.).
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and synthesize insights into clear recommendations for optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product and pricing topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve training content that equips all sales roles with strong product understanding, pricing confidence, competitive knowledge, and packaging fluency.
- Support the creation and execution of Product, Pricing, Packaging, Partner, and Competitive training programs that strengthen sales readiness and increase deal effectiveness.
- Assist with rollout and reinforcement of global revenue enablement initiatives aligned with Remote’s strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Sales to ensure training materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with upcoming launches or pricing changes.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, identifying clear opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and sales performance.
- Manage training logistics including scheduling, resource organization, and coordination with internal subject-matter experts and presenters.
- Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions that make complex product and pricing concepts easy to understand and retain.

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $40,850 to $114,850. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.

- Recruiter Phone Interview – 15–20 minutes
- Hiring Manager Google Meet Interview – 20 minutes
- Presentation Interview – 45 minutes
- Candidate shares Google Slide Format presentation ahead of scheduling in person panel presentation. If candidate’s presentation is approved, move to panel presentation round
- 30 minutes — Candidate trains the panel on Remote’s EOR Product, Pricing, and Competitive Landscape, including mock deliverables and a reinforcement strategy for training
- 15 minutes — Q&A with Hiring Manager + 1 Team Member

- While all candidates are encouraged to use AI to highlight their specific skillset or advancements that can be made for our team in using AI - we strongly discourage over-reliance on AI when it comes to building training material. We have seen unoriginal, inaccurate, and outdated material re-used across candidates with platforms like Canva or ChatGPT, and will immediately disqualify these.
