About the Team:

The IT team is responsible for the full scope of computing infrastructure, end-user systems, servers, virtualization, cloud, networking, software services, telecommunications, and information security. You’ll support every function across the company, from the production floor to flight operations, enabling Relativity’s world-class team to design, build, and launch rockets. The team balances near-term execution with long-term vision, developing scalable solutions and processes to enable the company's growth. About the Role:

Every day, you’ll step in as a trusted partner ensuring that our internal customers feel confident that their work, innovations, and data are safe. You’ll help manage our security ticket queue, respond to alerts, and work collaboratively with IT Ops, Engineering, Security Engineers, and our 3rd-party SOC. You’ll have opportunities for growth and learning with this role as you partner with various teams and provide inputs on projects and everyday tasks.

  • Own the Ticket Queue & Customer Partnership
    • Triage incoming security requests and collaborate with internal
      teams to understand their needs and deliver clear, actionable
      guidance.
    • Coordinate handoffs and escalations with IT teams.
    • Communicate effectively to keep customers informed from start to finish.

  • Investigate & Elevate Alerts
    • Dive into SIEM, DLP, EDR, and other cybersecurity tooling to
      validate alerts, and uncover security issues and misconfigurations.
    • Tune detection rules, streamline workflows, and contribute
      innovative initiatives that make our defenses smarter, faster, and
      more reliable.
    • Monitor threat intelligence feeds to identify potential
      vulnerabilities and propose practical ideas and solutions to protect
      our users and assets.

  • Document & Celebrate Wins
    • Craft runbooks, ticket notes, and post-mortems that turn everyday
      investigations into learning opportunities for the whole team.
    • Contribute to user facing knowledge bases

About You:

  • Has a strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of task prioritization, stakeholder needs, and SLAs.
  • Is resourceful and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
  • Experience with RBAC/ABAC (AD, Entra ID, Conditional Access)
  • Administrative experience with SIEMs (Searching, Reporting, Alerting)
  • Familiarity with other Security Tooling such as DLP, EDR, Vulnerabilitymanagement, SASE.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud computing and tooling (AWS, GCP, Azure,CSPM/CNAP, etc.)
  • Writing and editing skills to aid in writing and updating procedural documents and documenting tickets
  • Basic knowledge of SOC 2 reports, FEDRamp, ITGC

Nice to haves but not required:

  • Have 3+ years in IT support or Sysadmin roles
  • Have exposure to ITAR-compliant or “gov-cloud” environments
  • Experience automating tasks in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Thrive in a startup or aerospace setting
  • Hold (or are studying for) Security+, Network+, or A+

$73,000$93,500 USD
