Team:

In this role, you will be charged to assist the IT PMO in scoping and delivering validation for upgrades and solutions in the IT Infrastructure, Services, Networking, Engineering Applications, and Information Security areas. You will be responsible for working with business units and IT to build solution requirements (business, functional, technical), use cases, process development, partnering on technical solution design, validation and user acceptance, and transfer of knowledge to support teams and business users. You will work closely with multiple internal stakeholder and technical teams to implement best practices and comprehensive IT solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with IT customers across the company (engineer, manufacturing, R&D, test, launch, business administration, supply chain) on requirements gathering, discovery, data collection & data analysis, process improvement, and delivery validation.
  • Create documentation such user stories, requirements, roadmaps, flowcharts, architecture diagrams, dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, job aids, & summary presentations.
  • Maintain & contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base, and other project related communications.
  • Work with technical subject matter experts to document meaningful, powerful, and high-quality solution recommendations based on your requirements to meet the needs of the business.

What you need to know:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Project Manager in the IT realm, ideally in high-growth environments at an advanced technology company and/or in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Prior experience bringing complex IT products & services online and to scale, establishing and maintaining partnerships with business & technical stakeholders, and a deep passion for hands-on problem solving are critical. You are detail oriented, have strong analytical incites, & robust communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following: information systems, information technology, operations management, engineering, information security, business administration
  • 4+ years of experience delivering Information Technology products and services.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, services, and cybersecurity systems, functions, and design at technology organization.
  • Demonstrated skills in end-user stakeholder relationship building and working with technical personnel.
  • Experience building robust business requirements and translating them into functional and test requirements to test validation for user acceptance.
  • Detail Oriented analytical abilities with technical curiosity to always look for what we are missing.
  • Ability to perform detailed requirements gathering, data collection and data analysis, build use cases & test validations.

Nice to haves but not required:

  • Master’s degree in a technical field to include one of the following (information systems, information technology, information security, business administration)
  • Experience working with IAM (Identity & Access Management), RBAC (Role Based Access Control), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Data Storage & Backup Strategy, NIST 800 171, CMMC, AS9100
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Slack
