  • Challenge conventional thinking and inspire engagement across the workforce.

Continuous Improvement Execution

  • Guide A3 development and problem-solving efforts based on customer and process needs.
  • Identify, prioritize, and champion improvement initiatives that drive meaningful operational performance.

Daily Management & Lean Systems

  • Support and install Lean fundamentals including:
    • Visual management
    • 5S + Safety
    • Standard work
    • Gemba walks
    • Waste identification
    • A3 Thinking
  • Collaborate with the Chief Lean Officer and other Lean leaders to implement the Re:Build Lean Operating System.

  • Share best practices across Re:Build locations and functional teams.
  • Mentor and supervise Lean team members within the business unit.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience advancing Lean fundamentals across an organization.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing RIEs / Kaizen events.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and passion for continuous improvement.
