Who we are looking for

Joining Re:Build Manufacturing as a Welder Journeyman (L1) means being part of an ambitious initiative to revitalize American manufacturing. You will have the chance to work with exceptionally skilled professionals and contribute to diverse, impactful projects. What You Get to Do

• Conduct basic MIG and stick welds in flat and horizontal positions while being supervised.
• Assist with the setup and operation of welding machines, tools, and fixtures.
• Assist with layout, fit-up, and tack welding by referencing basic shop drawings and weld symbols.
• Help with pipe/tube prep and alignment; observe stainless steel welding procedures.
• Participate in visual weld inspections and learn to identify common defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, following OSHA and 5S standards.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Completion of a recognized welding program or apprenticeship.
• Basic knowledge of welding tools, procedures, and safety practices.
• Proven skill in welding in flat and horizontal positions.
• Capability to comprehend and adhere to basic shop schematics.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in advanced welding and fabrication techniques.
