Who we are looking for
We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator (OMC) to support our quoting and order execution processes. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy cross-functional teamwork, and excel at driving process efficiency, we’d love to meet you.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
What you get to do
In this role, you’ll manage quote and order logistics from request through production kickoff. You’ll track and distribute incoming Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Information (RFIs), lead cross-functional meetings to capture inputs, and develop draft schedules and delivery timelines. You’ll also prepare integrated quotes for leadership review and help improve quoting processes.
On the ERP side, you’ll be responsible for entering and managing customer orders, generating booking reports, and reconciling with Finance. You’ll maintain up-to-date timelines, provide ERP training to team members, and ensure order data remains accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
In addition, you’ll support operational planning by maintaining the Operations Plan with cross-functional updates, tracking Safety metrics, and drafting procedures that support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
What you bring to the Team
- Associate’s degree in a technical or business field
- 2+ years in manufacturing, preferably in coordination or admin roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
- ERP experience (Infor SyteLine, SAP, or similar preferred)
- Able to read technical docs and engineering drawings
