Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Quality Systems specialist to ensure compliance to industry and customer requirements. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will work alongside Quality Engineers to maintain and continuously improve an AS9100 certified quality system
What you get to do!
- Maintains a quality culture rooted in continuous improvement by maintaining a robust quality system, including compliance at all levels of operations
- Accurately completes quality and traceability documentation for all activities
- Supports internal and external audits, compliance training, and documentation control activities
- Works with process owners to implement best practices as they pertain to quality and compliance
- Verifies component and paperwork compliance with all customer and regulatory standards
- Coordinates company material review board
- Maintain traceability systems including raw material traceability
- Reviews product manufacturing and quality records to verify completeness and
What you will bring to the Team
- Minimum education of associates degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality control and systems OR at least 5 years of experience with manufacturing quality control and systems
- Experience with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards required
- Experience with AS9102 FAIRs required
- Knowledge of calibration systems required
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools preferred
- Certified AS9100/ISO9001 auditor a plus
