Who we are looking for

The Revenue Operations Analyst is a key partner to the sales and revenue teams, responsible for driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making through robust reporting, analytics, and process optimization. Aid sales leadership with business insights, planning support, and operational efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and collaborates across functions to unlock growth and performance improvements.

What you get to do

  • Create, maintain, and distribute external and CRM reports and dashboards on key performance metrics
  • Continuous education and evolutionary understanding and administration of HubSpot and tech stack capabilities.
  • Improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through automation, optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Pull and consolidate data from various sources (e.g., HubSpot, Excel, data warehouse, and Power BI) to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to sales leaders and stakeholders to identify trends, business drivers, and opportunities for improvement and support business decisions.
  • Support annual and quarterly territory and quota planning, incorporating business needs and regional strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to streamline Power BI analytics, planning, and reporting functions.
  • Participate in and manage cross-functional initiatives and special projects aimed at driving sales growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation, processes, and training for reporting and data tools used within the sales organization.

What you bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related function.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), data visualization tools, and Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
