In addition to our ongoing consulting work, we are incubating a new early-stage venture within Re:Build Fikst, maximising our extensive biotech expertise to develop and commercialize new product innovations in the laboratory, bioprocess, and cell culture space.

We are a small, agile team backed by the resources of a large organization. The working environment is creative and fast-paced. To support our growth, we are seeking a Go To Market Manager to help drive our innovations to market.

The Position

Reporting to the Director of Cell Systems Products, the Go-to-Market Manager will spearhead the launch and drive the profitable growth of new Re:Build products in the Laboratory and Bioprocessing space. The Go-to-Market Manager will work cross functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and RBM Corporate Development to develop Go to Market Strategies & Plans and to deploy a sales strategy crafted to successfully penetrate new markets. Externally, the Go-to-Market Manager will establish and own critical channel, logistics, and partnership relationships. The Go-to-Market Manager will leverage experience across all facets of commercialization to create GTM based strategies and plans that deliver against RBM targets.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate total addressable markets and target markets; Conduct/drive advance sales to verify revenue potential and secure lead customers.
  • Use industry knowledge and outreach to drive product requirements, sales insights, and marketing plans.
  • Partner cross functionally to gather and synthesize relevant inputs needed to build strategic and tactical plans for pricing, promotion strategy, advertising support, etc.
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans to bring new products to market on time and in a way to increase market potential.
  • Understand distribution, market opportunity and volume potential to develop bottoms up sales plans and to deliver against those objectives.
  • KPI, Key Milestone, and Critical Path Monitoring and Management post launches.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts; Overall tracking against plan and volume.
  • Nurture customer and partner relationships and support New Product Development with market needs, trends, and user insights.

What you bring to the Team

  • High energy and a passion for sales and proactive customer engagement.
  • An adaptable, nimble, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience in life sciences, biotech, MedTech, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated performance in leading successful new product launches.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience in life sciences, MedTech a plus.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
