As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s liquidity management is robust, strategic, and aligned with business goals. You will oversee critical aspects of cash flow, working capital, foreign exchange risk, and counterparty credit exposure.

  • Prepare, analyze, and monitor daily cash flow reports to ensure optimal liquidity management across all business units.
  • Oversee and control bank mandates to ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to working capital, ensuring the company maintains an optimal cash conversion cycle.
  • Daily monitoring and reporting of counterparty credit risk to proactively identify and mitigate potential exposure. Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure the company’s credit risk limits are adhered to and financial stability is maintained.
  • Track, report, and analyze foreign exchange (FX) exposure on a regular basis, implementing strategies to mitigate currency risk.
  • Work closely with internal departments (such as compliance and legal teams) to ensure the company adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
  • Oversee the reporting and monitoring of guarantees to ensure proper risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree as Accountant, Business Administration, Economy or similar
  • Minimum 3 years in related positions
  • Experience in the LATAM payment cycle, controls, platforms, and approval rates
  • Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling to analyze various scenarios and support strategic decision-making
  • Communication abilities
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems to automate and streamline treasury processes, including cash management and risk management.
  • Intermediate English level
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and spreadsheet analysis for financial modeling and reporting.
