  • Assist in serving as a point of contact for merchants, addressing inquiries via phone and email.
  • Support in troubleshooting and resolving merchant issues under the guidance of experienced team members
  • Learn how to guide merchants on using our platform effectively and provide basic training
  • Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve merchant issues in a timely manner ● Gain experience in documenting and maintaining accurate records of merchant interactions

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn about customer service in a Fintech environment
  • Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to assist merchants with empathy and patience
  • Ability to work part-time during the summer with a potential interest in continuing part-time afterward
  • Basic proficiency in using customer support software is an advantage
