About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager, Sales Enablement to help drive Ramp’s next growth phase. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you’ll lead key sales enablement initiatives from concept to execution across multiple GTM team lines. You will work directly with sales, revenue operations, product marketing, and other teams to identify metric drivers, develop content strategies and outputs, and support critical sales productivity initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Develop and launch updated new hire onboarding for all GTM roles. This includes developing application measurements for product learning, process adoption, and sales skills.
Develop the prioritization of content to be launched across product knowledge, process adherence, and skill development. Work inside the Knowledge Management system to establish and measure the effectiveness of content.
Own the training and adoption of processes you create or are assigned.
Develop learning and train sales teams on new processes and skills needed to scale quickly, including onboarding sessions, ongoing training sessions, new process launches, and new tool adherence.
What You’ll Need
Minimum 3 years of related experience in sales enablement, project management, sales program development, program management, or other related fields.
Background in serving high-velocity Saas sales teams.
A strong background in relentless prioritization and reporting of actions and outcomes.
Developed and launched successful new hire programming for sales teams.
Experience scoping and executing on sales enablement tools improvement; Highspot preferred.
Strong coalition-building and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts into simple, actionable recommendations.

Experience in a high-growth startup environment
Experience using or administering Highspot or another CMS
Experience in learning design using instructional design methodologies
Experience measuring learning impact using a framework
Experience creating or implementing competency models
