About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate, Deals Desk, to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you’ll be a key partner in taking our Sales organization to the next level, responsible for quoting, pricing structure, and contracting for our sales team. You'll be an integral part of the Revenue Operations team with a focus on offering guidance to drive deal execution while complying with company policies and procedures and ensuring consistency in managing risk. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Accounting, and cross-functional leadership to better streamline efficient workflows and enhance sales productivity.
What You’ll Do
Serves as the subject matter expert on deal constructs, operational procedures, approval policies, and controls.
Advise sales on deal structures, pricing strategies, commercial terms, and approvals.
Manage complex, nonstandard deals with multiple cross-functional partners.
Ensure the accuracy of quotes, and that deal structures are properly recorded in SFDC.
Automate Deal Desk processes and reporting to reduce manual efforts, remove bottlenecks, and streamline workflows for team members.
Drive consistency across deal processes by helping to optimize, streamline, and align quote-to-cash processes.
What You’ll Need
5+ years in a deal desk environment, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company.
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales-related systems including pricing data enrichment tools.
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent project management instincts, with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time
You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
You are a true team player with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
Nice to Haves
Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
Prior experience in legal, legal operations, accounting, financial analysis, or revenue compliance
Compensation
The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $136,000-$160,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
