As a IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our IT systems while learning and contributing to our DevOps processes. We’re looking for someone proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about technology.

What you’ll work on
- IT Support & Administration
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Administering user access and permissions, primarily centralized through JumpCloud.
- Supporting user environments, including Windows and Mac systems
- Troubleshooting IT-related issues and maintaining hardware inventory
- Security and Compliance
- Supporting adherence to ISO 27001 standards by ensuring access controls and security measures are in place
- Assisting in the monitoring and resolution of IT security alerts
- Learning and Growth in DevOps
- Participating in DevOps-related tasks, such as basic AWS account management and monitoring
- Gaining exposure to infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Kubernetes
- Assisting in automated process implementation to improve IT efficiency
Who you are
- Basic understanding of IT support functions, including user account management and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Interest in learning DevOps tools and practices
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with JumpCloud or other directory services
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS
- Exposure to scripting or programming (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Experience working in a remote environment
