The goal of this role (and our recently hired Growth Marketer) is to generate pipeline from new sources. Our Founding Field Marketer will be solely focused on organizing and attending physical and digital events. We’ll be treating each type of event as an experiment and doing our best to track conversion to demo calls.

Sample events to organize:

• Private dinners for Support Leaders (e.g. VPs of Support, Directors, etc.)
• Monthly in-person meetups for folks that work in Customer Support and related roles (CS San Francisco Monthly Meetups are a great adjacent example of this)
• Webinars with customer support leaders
• The first Pylon conference

Compensation Range: $110K - $150K
