We're hiring for a Growth Marketer.

We're a Series A company that up until this point has had one founder handling all of the GTM.

We're mostly inbound driven, but there are clear opportunities to increase pipeline via more channels.

Your primary mission would be to come up with, prioritize, and fully own running experiments to generate more pipeline for sales.

Responsibilities could include:

• Cold outbound
• SEO optimization
• Write blog posts
• Be loud on LinkedIn
• Co-market with other companies
• Paid ads
  
  

Requirements

• Located in San Francisco and excited about working in-person
• You are an "engine builder". You like creating processes and measuring outputs
• You've used tools to setup growth workflows before (e.g. Clay)
• You've setup outbound email sequences and have measured their performance
• You have worked in a growth role for at least 2 years at a Series A-C, B2B startup
• You've worked directly with AEs or sales leaders

Compensation Range: $90K - $150K
