Description
PvX Partners is a global financial services platform that provides non-dilutive capital to gaming and consumer apps designed to support their growth. PvX Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary and fund management vehicle of PvX Partners licensed under the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
As the Origination Director at the firm, you will play a key role in helping develop the demand engine of our UA Financing product. Leveraging your network in the gaming and consumer app sectors, you will establish relationships with potential clients and structure financing solutions to enable growth. Along with the wider origination team, you will work closely with teams across data engineering, underwriting, product, finance, and legal to deliver results.
The ideal candidate is someone who is consultative and can help founders make the right decision for their business. They will have experience in developing and executing against an iterative business development strategy, intentional in nurturing long-term relationships, up to date on the latest market trends and eager to deliver customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation
– Originate qualified leads for user acquisition financing (PvX Capital)
– Own deal relationships and manage the end-to-end origination process, ensuring conversion into active deployment
– Design and deploy programs to educate the market about user acquisition financing
– Explore and develop partnerships with ecosystem partners to collaborate on investments
Client Success Management
– Contribute in the design of the customer’s end to end experience and improve customer NPS
– Monitor customer interactions with other internal teams and troubleshoot any bottlenecks
– Establish feedback loops from the origination process to improve future deals
Business Planning / Reporting
– Develop revenue forecasts based on industry market intelligence and internal data
– Design and generate timely reports, keeping the entire organization aware of progress and key factors driving / limiting target achievement
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development or B2B Sales within the mobile gaming and/or consumer subscription software industries
- Highly disciplined client facing operator with a bias for following through next steps
- Strong experience managing clientele through projects with a demonstrated track record of ensuring customer/deal success
- Experience in deal construction and thinking through different structures in which deals can be made
- Experience learning quickly about new technologies and distilling information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
- Experience successfully navigating fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external partners
- Willing to travel to strategic events and customer meetings as required, including internationally
