The Role

We are looking for aJunior Recruiter with UAE real estate experienceto support the Recruitment Manager in building and scaling our Real Estate recruitment function.

You will play a hands-on role in sourcing, engaging and bringing talented real estate professionals into PRYPCO, while developing a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate talent market.

What You'll Do

• Support the Recruitment Manager with hiring across the Real Estate division.
• Source experienced agents and fresh talent through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial conversations.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and joining processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Build relationships with agents and understand the Dubai real estate talent market.
• Support recruitment campaigns, networking and talent initiatives.
• Continuously improve your recruitment knowledge and skills.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within UAE real estate.
• Experience or strong exposure to the Dubai real estate market.
• Good understanding of the local agent landscape and brokerage environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and highly motivated.
• Comfortable with sourcing, outreach, follow-up and candidate management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates at once.
• Someone who is hungry to learn, grow and build a career in recruitment.
