At Prypco, talent is our biggest force multiplier. We treat performance as a CEO-level priority, not an HR function. We're hiring a Director of Performance and Talent Management to own it holistically: KPIs, incentives, and the talent framework that holds it all together.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and running Prypco's performance mechanism — review cycles, feedback, calibration, reporting
- Partnering with team leads to address under-performance and raise the talent bar
- Designing incentives that make performance matter — equity, salary benchmarks, promotion and raise policies
- Acting as the quality-assurance function for KPIs across the company
- Evolving the talent framework, including succession, career paths, and DEI
- Becoming a credible point of reference for managers and execs
- A bachelor's or master's degree
- 6–10 years in ops at a scale-up, or as a senior consultant at a top-tier firm
- Structured, data-driven operator (SQL and advanced spreadsheets)
- Demonstrable experience reviewing and developing internal talent
- Hands-on mindset — you build the mechanism, not just delegate it
