Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Field Operations Executive to support our property management portfolio across Dubai. This is a field based role focused on property inspections, maintenance coordination, tenant support, and ensuring operational standards are maintained across managed properties.

As the role requires daily travel across Dubai, a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory!

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor visits
• Manage move in / move out inspections
• Support tenant and owner requests
• Prepare inspection reports and updates
• Ensure properties meet company standards
  
  

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license
• Personal car (mandatory)
• 2+ years experience in property management, facilities, hospitality, or field operations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills (English and Arabic preferred)
