Role Overview
As the Growth Lead, you will own the entire strategy and execution of all customer retention strategies across all business units. The main focus will be growing revenue across all channels using all marketing tools available, customer retention, churn and reactivation campaigns to drive maximum engagement and conversion. You'll identify business growth opportunities, own the CRM ecosystem, build automated user journeys, segment customer bases effectively, and deploy personalized communication via all channels to ensure scalable, trackable growth.
This is a hands-on IC role with potential of transcending into a manager role with a team. We're looking for a hands-on builder who can strategise at 30k feet and execute at 1 foot.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Design and lead end-to-end growth strategies that focus on user retention, re-activation, and cross selling that will directly move the needle on repeat customers and LTV.
- Ensure communication across the entire process, identify drop-offs and use multi-channel tools to minimise customer drop-offs.
- Manage outbound calendar of communications across 5 different business verticals, ensuring seamless and non-spammy non-repetitive user experience across the entire Prypco ecosystem.
- Own the CRM and marketing automation stack — from setup to optimization and tracking.
- Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys via email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to trigger user flows based on behavior and transaction signals.
- Move beyond basic segmentation. You will build behavioral cohorts and predictive segments to deliver hyper personalized offers.
- Customise and personalise communication based on behavior, demographics, usage patterns, and lifecycle stages.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Work with the Data team to refine our attribution models. You must be able to prove which notification led to which AED of revenue.
- Well-versed with attribution models and data tracking for web and app and should be able to clearly set up tracking with data, product and tech teams.
- Track and report on campaign performance and funnel metrics; uncover insights and propose actionable recommendations.
- Create dashboards and use tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, or similar to monitor KPIs.
- Coordinate with Data & Product teams to improve attribution and cohort tracking models.
Must-Have
- Growth/experiment mindset: You don't just run campaigns, you run experiments. You are comfortable with a high velocity testing framework.
- 7–9 years of experience in a growth, marketing, product or CRM automation role, ideally within a FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth digital business.
- Mastery and hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Moengage, Gupshup, MMP tools like Adjust, Amplitude and data platforms like PowerBi.
- Strong understanding of user segmentation, lifecycle marketing, drip campaigns, and engagement funnels.
- Proven experience in set up of CRM tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from campaign and product data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment at pace.
- Experience in PropTech or high ticket financial services.
- Previous experience working in the MENA region or scaling products across emerging markets.
- Exposure to marketing APIs, webhook integrations, or no-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Integromat).
- Familiarity with AI tools, HTML, SQL, basic querying and data handling.
