Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Rental Agents to join our leasing team, with a preference for agents who are DAMAC-specialized. This is a commission-only role, ideal for driven agents who want access to strong landlord sources, DAMAC-managed inventory, and full backend support.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing units, listing properties, and servicing tenants end-to-end, from inquiry to Ejari.
• Source rental units and onboard landlords
• List properties on portals and internal systems
• Handle tenant inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Work closely with DAMAC Property Managed units and leasing inventory
• Provide professional customer service throughout the leasing process

Commission Structure

• Commission-only role
• 60% – 70% commission split, based on performance and experience

• Strong leasing experience in the UAE
• Proven ability to source landlords and close rental deals
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
• Good knowledge of DAMAC communities and rental processes
