Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sourcing Specialist to drive our property acquisition efforts. This role is critical to fueling Mint's growth by identifying and securing residential and commercial properties that are suitable for tokenization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market and a proven ability to negotiate favorable terms with developers, agents, and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and evaluate high-potential properties for tokenization based on Mint's investment criteria.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of exclusive or preferential deals through direct relationships with developers, real estate agencies, and broker networks.
  • Lead property due diligence efforts, including gathering relevant documentation and coordinating internal feasibility analysis.
  • Negotiate and close property acquisition terms in coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and upcoming developments to stay ahead of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to prepare properties for listing and investor launch

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or brokerage in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market dynamics, especially in Dubai.
  • Existing network of developers, brokers, and off-market deal sources is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple property deals in parallel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
