Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid acquisition across mobile app installs and web-based conversion campaigns. This role requires hands-on experience running app install campaigns, along with the ability to manage and optimize lead generation and web conversion funnels.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable managing complex, multi-platform performance campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities

App Install & Mobile Growth

  • Plan, execute, and optimize app install campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other mobile channels
  • Monitor and improve CPI, CPA, retention, ROAS, and LTV
  • Test and iterate on creative formats, messaging, and ad placements tailored for mobile-first consumption

Web & Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Manage lead generation and web conversion campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, Quora, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms
  • Optimize audiences, creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rates and lead quality

Attribution, Measurement & MMPs

  • Use ADJUST as the Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) to track, analyze, and report on app performance across channels
  • Work with attribution models, postbacks, cohorts, and channel-level quality analysis
  • Understand privacy-led measurement frameworks, including SKAN, attribution windows, and limitations

Performance Optimization & Analytics

  • Own budget allocation and performance optimization across platforms
  • Track and report on CAC, CPI, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue impact
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership

Tracking & Technical Collaboration (Not Mandatory But Preferred)

  • Coordinate on event setup, GTM implementation, and tracking validation
  • Debug tracking discrepancies in collaboration with tech, analytics, or external partners
  • SEO knowledge is a plus

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in paid / performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience running app install campaigns (non-negotiable)
  • Experience with any Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP)
  • Proven experience managing web conversion and lead generation campaigns
  • Strong execution experience across Meta, Google Ads, Apple Ads, Snapchat, Tiktok, Bing and other platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills

Preferred (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with event setup, GTM implementation, or tracking/debugging
  • Background in prop-tech, SaaS, or high-consideration product
  • Knowledge of SEO and ASO
