We are looking for a motivated and people-driven Partner Engagement Analyst to strengthen PRYPCOs relationship with real estate agents, maximize their success with our PRYPCO One product and the broader PRYPCO ecosystem.

Your mission in this role is to engage real estate agents, ensure they adopt and love PRYPCO One, and build a thriving community of partners who drive the future of the product. You will act as the bridge between PRYPCO and our real estate partners—helping them succeed, while gathering insights to continuously improve our offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Support: Serve as the first point of contact for real estate agents, addressing their questions and challenges with PRYPCO One.
- Product Education: Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to help agents unlock the full value of the platform.
- Community Building: Create and nurture a partner community where real estate professionals can share experiences, best practices, and success stories.
- Feature Adoption: Drive adoption of new features, ensuring agents are up to date with PRYPCOs innovations.
- Feedback Gathering: Organize partner events, workshops, and feedback sessions to capture insights and share them with product and leadership teams.
- Growth Initiatives: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to design initiatives that expand engagement and drive business growth through the agent ecosystem.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demos.
- Event planning and facilitation skills to bring partners together in meaningful ways.
- Proactive, empathetic, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Comfortable collecting and synthesizing feedback to influence product improvements.
- Previous experience in systems such as Intercom is a plus
- Previous experience in partner success in a plus.
- A growing community of real estate agents who actively engage with PRYPCO One and advocate for its use.
- High partner satisfaction, reflected in positive feedback and increased adoption of new features.
- Consistent growth in platform usage and engagement metrics among partner agents.
- Regular, well-attended partner events that foster connection, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
- Clear, actionable insights collected from partners that directly influence product improvements.
- Increased visibility of PRYPCO One in the real estate community, helping position PRYPCO as a trusted ecosystem partner.
