Role Overview
PRYPCO is hiring a proactive, client-focused Mortgage Advisor to guide customers through the home financing journey with confidence and clarity. Youll manage a mix of qualified inbound leads and self-sourced clients, providing expert, honest advice while driving fast, efficient deal closures. This is a high-impact, target-driven role where performance, ownership, and empathy go hand in hand. Youll work closely with real estate agencies, internal teams, and banking partners to deliver an exceptional mortgage experience — from first contact to disbursal.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage qualified inbound opportunities from marketing campaigns, CRM workflows, and REA partnerships
- Build your own lead pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies to drive repeat business
- Collect documents, assess eligibility, and structure personalized mortgage solutions
- Coordinate closely with Concierge, Credit, and Ops teams to ensure smooth progression of cases
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate case records in Salesforce
- Deliver a trusted, customer-first advisory experience
- Stay informed on UAE mortgage regulations, lender criteria, and product updates
- Meet and exceed monthly submission and disbursal targets
- Represent PRYPCO professionally in client and partner interactions
- 1-3 years of experience in mortgage sales, real estate, or banking in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE mortgage process and product landscape
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with real estate agents
- Strong sales instincts with a consultative, empathetic approach
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by a passion for helping clients make smarter property decisions
