Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to attract, onboard, and retain HNWI and family office clients.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships through tailored investment solutions, strategic insights, and exclusive access to Mints premium offerings.
- Serve as the primary advisor and contact point throughout the client lifecycle—from KYC and onboarding to reinvestment and exit planning.
- Represent Mint at high-level private wealth events, investor forums, and roadshows.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and leadership teams to develop custom investment structures for sophisticated investors.
- Provide strategic input into platform enhancements and offerings tailored to HNWI needs.
- 8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or family office coverage.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a book of HNWI or family office clients in the UAE or GCC.
- Exceptional relationship-building, advisory, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of alternative investments and real estate as an asset class.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
