About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our engineering operations team. This role is critical in ensuring faster resolution of customer issues. Youll own incident response, drive post-release stabilization, and build automations to remove operational bottlenecks.

Youll work closely with product and support teams to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead incident triage and resolution during on-call shifts; conduct root cause analysis of issues and resolve them.
• Monitor system health, maintain dashboards/alerts, and proactively address reliability issues.
• Debug issues raised by the Customer care team and resolve them.
• Identify patterns of issues and fix the root causes in product
• Build backoffice tools that will enable faster handling of product issues
• Collaborate with Customer care, Product and Engineering teams for Integration of tools related to Customer care teams like Intercom, Jira, Notification tools, etc
• Execute safe deployments, service migrations, and data fixes with rollback plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Support, CRM) to streamline workflows and reduce ticket volume.
• Write and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Document the SOPs on issues resolution
• Support security best practices, including access management and compliance checks.
  
  

Must Have

• Strong in writing SQL queries, understanding of database models
• Experience with C# .NET, APIs development
• Experience with Angular framework for Frontend
• Strong debugging skills to investigate issues from UI to backend to Database
• Good communication skills to collaborate across teams

Good To Have

• Previously worked in a fintech/proptech industry
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus
• Certification(s) related to Azure or cloud technologies
