Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a Project Administrator to support Project Managers within an established manufacturing environment specializing in custom tube bending, welding, and engineered tubular assemblies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, organization, tracking costs and schedules, and working across multiple departments to keep projects moving forward.
What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers with project estimates, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Help develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to keep projects on track.
- Track project risks, expenses, costs, and savings.
- Attend design meetings and document tasks, decisions, and next steps.
- Maintain project schedules and update information as projects change.
- Prepare and organize proposals, project documentation, meeting notes, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate project records and databases.
- Help identify project issues and coordinate solutions with the team.
- Work with internal departments to clarify project scope, requirements, and goals.
- Support projects in staying on schedule and within budget.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of project coordination or project administration experience.
- Understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Experience tracking schedules, deadlines, project costs, and budgets.
- Ability to read and understand component drawings and tolerance schemes.
- Strong computer and spreadsheet skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Comfortable working with numbers and project financial information.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience with manufacturing, steel tubing, CAD, or tubular components is beneficial.
