Sales Representative – Commercial Doors & Loading Docks

📍 Clinton Township, MI | Full-Time | On-site + Field

Looking for a sales role with warm leads, no cold calling, and top-tier benefits? Our client, a long-standing and growing commercial door company, is hiring a full-cycle Sales Representative.

💰 Compensation

$70,000–$80,000 base salary plus potential bonus

🕗 Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On-site and in the field meeting customers.

What You'll Do

You'll own the sale from first contact to installation handoff:

• Follow up on about 10 inbound service leads per week (no cold calling quota)
• Field check and measure customer facilities for quotes
• Quote and order parts, and check them in when they arrive
• Schedule jobs and hand off to the installation team
• Keep customers updated and build long-term relationships

What You Bring

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience
• 1+ year of industry experience in commercial doors and loading docks
• Valid driver's license

Tools: Microsoft Office, Excel, and Smart Service CRM
