An established, employee-owned commercial contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of healthcare, aviation, life sciences, and other complex commercial construction projects throughout Central Indiana. What You'll Do:
- Manage 1-2 commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout project execution
- Lead budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and project financial performance
- Coordinate with project engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners
- Monitor schedules, project progress, and overall project success
- Support projects ranging from $5M to $80M+
- Contribute to healthcare, aviation, community, and other commercial builds
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience managing budgets and project costs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare construction projects
- Aviation construction projects
- General contractor experience
