Join our client, a 100% employee-owned commercial construction company in Omaha, NE as their next Project Scheduler! This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for an experienced scheduling professional to play a key role in large-scale commercial construction projects — while building real ownership in the company through our ESOP.

What You'll Do:

• Create and update detailed schedules for large-scale construction projects — activities, milestones, and procurement items
• Develop resource-loaded schedules aligned with project goals
• Monitor progress, analyze delays, and provide stakeholder updates
• Prepare time impact analyses and risk reports
• Partner with Project Managers on scheduling strategy; coordinate with engineers, procurement staff, and subcontractors
• Participate in project meetings to provide schedule-health insights
• Support administrative scheduling processes and documentation
• Assist with cost and schedule completion forecasts
• Collect project data and produce performance-metrics reports
• Mentor and train less-experienced team members on scheduling software

What You Bring:

✅ 2–5 years of project scheduler experience within the construction industry

✅ Fluency in Primavera P6 (required)

✅ Proficiency in MS Office

✅ Strong skills in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules

✅ Experience with resource-loaded scheduling, time impact analysis, and delay/risk analysis

✅ Large-scale construction project experience a plus
