What You'll Do

• Prepare estimates for heavy civil, earthwork, site development, and utility-related projects
• Review plans, specifications, and site conditions
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Develop quantity takeoffs and pricing strategies
• Work closely with operations and project teams on public and private sector projects
• Support projects ranging from small site packages to large-scale infrastructure work

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of heavy civil estimating experience
• Strong earthwork, grading, excavation, and site development background
• Experience bidding projects in the $3M-$5M+ range
• Proficiency with HeavyBid, BlueBeam, Agtek or similar estimating software
• Experience with public and private construction projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
