What You'll Do:

• Lead commercial electrical projects from award through closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasting, change orders, and project profitability
• Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, vendors, and field teams
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and maintain field visibility
• Drive schedules, financial reporting, and project execution

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Commercial electrical construction background required
• Experience independently managing projects valued at $3M-$10M+
• Strong financial acumen and change order management skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, and Microsoft Office
