  • Lead FF&E selections, specifications, finishes, materials, and sourcing
  • Produce AutoCAD drawings, construction documents, and detailed interior drawings
  • Develop custom millwork, bars, ceiling details, and specialty design elements
  • Coordinate with consultants and review shop drawings/submittals
  • Support construction administration, site observations, and installations
  • Work directly with clients and help bring their vision to life

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional interior design experience
  • Hospitality experience preferred; luxury residential, multifamily, or retail backgrounds are also welcomed
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program
  • Strong AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel skills
  • Revit and/or SketchUp experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with FF&E, materials, construction documentation, and detailing
  • Creative, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable communicating directly with clients

The Opportunity

Compensation: $70K–$80K base, with flexibility up to $85K for an ideal candidate

You’ll be joining a close-knit, fun, multidisciplinary team with a growing project pipeline, strong benefits, and real room to grow. There is a defined career path from Designer II → Senior Designer → Director → Creative Director, making this a strong opportunity for someone looking for a long-term home where they can continue developing creatively and professionally.
