Project Manager – Commercial Concrete Construction

up to $120,000 Base + Bonus

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead commercial concrete projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with experience in self-perform construction, concrete, high-rise, parking structures, or large commercial projects who enjoys owning the full project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, cost forecasting, labor productivity and project margins
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and change orders
• Build and maintain pour/placement schedules
• Coordinate formwork, rebar, embeds, PT, concrete pumps and deliveries
• Work closely with Superintendents and direct self-perform field crews
• Lead GC/owner communication, progress meetings and project reporting
• Manage procurement, billings, pay applications and closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Project Management experience; 5+ preferred
• Commercial construction experience required
• Concrete, high-rise, parking structure or self-perform experience strongly preferred
• Experience with budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders and scheduling
• Strong Excel skills; Procore experience preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings/models; Tekla experience is a plus
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred; equivalent field experience considered
• Must be comfortable working primarily onsite from the project jobsite
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
