Project Manager | Commercial Construction | Medford, OR

Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can independently lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout? We are seeking a proven Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $20M to $30M, while collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
  • Administer owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders.
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Manage procurement activities and long-lead materials.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to align field operations with schedule and budget objectives.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, turnover, and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage large, complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Experience managing contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000/year
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, project complexity, and overall fit.
