  • Develop cost forecasts and monthly financial projections
  • Track job costs and clearly communicate project financial performance
  • Lead project timelines ranging from approximately 2 to 36 months
  • Identify strategic installation methods that improve project execution and profitability
  • Manage client relationships while balancing project workload and delivery requirements
  • Work closely with foremen and field teams throughout project execution
  • Support billing activities and identify, price, and manage change orders
  • Prepare project performance updates, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Proactively anticipate potential delays, cost issues, and project needs

  • Experience managing projects in the $500K–$10M range
  • Demonstrated ownership of full project P&L
  • Strong forecasting and cost-projection experience
  • Ability to clearly communicate project financials and status
  • Experience with commercial electrical tenant improvements, occupied-building remodels, medical facilities, hospitals/labs/surgical centers, or ground-up commercial construction
  • Construction project management software experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think months ahead
  • Design-build or GC-side PM experience may also be considered
