The Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing, health-and-wellness-focused manufacturing organization known for its vibrant culture, polished team, and high-energy environment. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, shipping, and team leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, hands-on leader who knows how to manage people while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day operation. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage exclusively from behind a desk. The ideal candidate has directly overseen warehouse employees, understands inventory inside and out, and is comfortable stepping onto the floor, troubleshooting issues, and working alongside the team when needed.

The position oversees operations across multiple warehouse buildings, all of which are air-conditioned. You’ll maintain a highly visible presence throughout the operation and should be comfortable walking between various buildings throughout the day to support employees, monitor inventory, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple warehouse buildings and operational areas.
  • Directly manage a team of approximately 10–15 employees across warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping functions.
  • Provide hands-on leadership through coaching, one-on-ones, performance reviews, accountability, and ongoing employee development.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and step into operational challenges when necessary.
  • Own inventory accuracy, including cycle counts, physical counts, audits, reconciliation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Oversee receiving and shipping activities to ensure materials and finished goods move accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage manufacturing and production material flow, including finished goods movement and internal transfers.
  • Coordinate closely with production and operations as schedules, priorities, and material requirements change throughout the day.
  • Monitor shortages, replenishment requirements, internal material movement, and overall material availability.
  • Investigate inventory and system discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive corrective action.
  • Maintain organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environments while supporting applicable quality and GMP standards.
  • Utilize warehouse and inventory management systems to monitor activity, research discrepancies, and improve accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, organization, workflow, and overall warehouse performance.
  • Communicate inventory status, operational concerns, and shifting priorities effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of warehouse management or leadership experience required; ideally 5+ years within warehouse, distribution, production logistics, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrated experience directly managing warehouse employees and holding teams accountable for performance.
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, shipping, receiving, and material flow.
  • A genuinely hands-on management style with a willingness to spend significant time on the warehouse floor.
  • Experience overseeing multiple warehouse areas, buildings, or operational functions is highly desirable.
  • Thick-skinned, resilient, and calm under pressure, with the ability to effectively manage strong personalities and direct communication styles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Food or beverage manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse management experience is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Culture & The Right Fit

Culture is a major part of this organization. This is a vibrant, energetic, and polished group that places a strong emphasis on health, wellness, positivity, and creating an engaging workplace.

Personality matters here. The ideal candidate is approachable, confident, personable, and able to build genuine relationships with employees while still setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable. You should enjoy being around people, communicate well at all levels, and bring a positive, professional presence to the workplace.

At the same time, you need to be thick-skinned and resilient. This is a fast-moving warehouse operation with strong personalities, direct communication, and priorities that can change quickly. The right leader will remain calm under pressure, adapt without becoming rattled, and know how to balance accountability with an approachable management style.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision - 5 plans to choose from
  • Voluntary Life & AD&D insurance
  • Short-Term Disability insurance
  • Voluntary supplemental insurance
  • 401k with up to 6% match after 1 year
  • Generous PTO (40 hours after 1 year) & holiday pay
  • No nights and weekends

If you are a hands-on warehouse leader with a great personality who can balance people management with operational execution, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, we’d like to hear from you!
