🏢 Commercial Account Manager – Middle Markets

📍 Linwood OR Marlton, NJ | Onsite M-F; moving to 1 day/week WFH once established

💰 $80K–$90K base + holiday bonus | 401(k) match | Generous PTO & benefits

Our client is a privately owned, growing independent insurance brokerage and risk management firm headquartered in Northfield, NJ, with an additional office in Marlton, NJ. Instead of underwriting insurance themeselves, they partner with multiple carriers to find the right coverage for our clients — and they are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to grow with us.

What You'll Do

Join our Middle Markets team alongside an established Account Executive, managing a book of ~40–50 middle-market commercial accounts across construction, utilities/infrastructure, commercial businesses, property owners, and personal lines clients.

✅ Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial clients

✅ Manage the renewal preparation process

✅ Process policy changes and endorsements

✅ Communicate with carriers on servicing, documentation, coverage questions, and account needs

✅ Work in AMS360 (Epic experience a plus)

What You Bring

🔹 3+ years of commercial insurance/account management experience

🔹 Experience servicing commercial accounts — middle-market experience strongly preferred

🔹 Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience

🔹 P&C license preferred, although happy to sponsor you to get it
